We will only ever disconnect meters
- where the customer requests that we do so for example where a property is to be demolished
- where Energy theft has been detected
We do not disconnect a customer where they are struggling to pay for their energy, we will work with you to identify alternative ways of managing your usage and may refer you to our partner IncomeMax (https://www.incomemax.org.uk/for-customers/ )to discuss additional sources of help.
