What will happen on the day?
Our smart meter installers, Fulcrum will contact you when their specialist engineer is on the way. They will be wearing a uniform and carrying an ID badge.
Here are a few things to keep in mind before your installation:
Someone 18 or over needs to be at home during the whole smart meter installation
Make sure the area around your meters are kept clear and accessible
If your meters are in a communal area, please make sure the engineer can gain access easily.
What if I need to change my appointment?
If no one is available to be at the property on the day or circumstances change then to change or cancel your appointment, please contact Fulcum on 0xxx xxx xxxx, giving at least 24 hours notice. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
Please be aware there will be a short interruption to your power supply which we will aim to limit to approximately 30 minutes.
