The average UK gas bill is £100 monthly (£300 per quarter). The average UK electric bill is £82 per month (£247 per quarter). These figures are based on the current energy price caps (£0.10/kWh for gas and £0.34/kWh for electricity) and typical usage, using median usage figures of 12,000 kWh of gas and 2,900 kWh of electricity consumption per year.
