What do you mean by ‘average bill’

When we talk about an average bill, we mean the average amount of energy used by a family in a home with an EPC rating of B.

These figures are based on the current energy price caps (£0.10/kWh for gas and £0.34/kWh for electricity) and typical usage, using median usage figures of 12,000 kWh of gas and 2,900 kWh of electricity consumption per year.
