There are two types of agreement you can have with Rebel.
1. Variable Tariff:
With this type of agreement the term is indefinite; this means you can change to another tariff or leave Rebel at any time and there will be no termination fees associated. The unit prices are variable, meaning they can either go up or down during the agreement term. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase and if we receive notification that you are leaving before the price increase takes effect, you will be kept on the old prices until your account is closed.
2. Fixed Tariff:
With this type of agreement, the length of the agreement term is agreed at the start. Unit prices will be held at the level agreed at the start of the term. Each agreement may have termination fees associated and you are notified of these at the start. If you leave before the end of the term, the termination fees apply. We will advise you that the term is nearing its end up to 40 days before. If you change to another agreement after this notification, or if you go to another energy provider, the termination fees will not apply.
