Yes, we will need regular readings from your gas or electricity meter to work out your accurate usage.
If you have a smart meter we’ll take our readings directly from your meter, you don't need to do anything.
If you don't have a smart meter we will need you to send us readings. We will ask you to take monthly meter readings which will ensure your bill is as accurate as possible.
If you don't send us meter readings or if you are unable to do so, we will estimate your usage. This means your bill may not be accurate - it could be too high or too low.
