How does rebel charge for it’s Services?

There are two types of agreements you can have with Rebel

1. Variable:

With this type of agreement the term is indefinite; that is you can change to another or leave at any time and there are no termination fees associated. The unit prices are variable meaning they can either go up or down during the agreement term. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase and if we receive notification that you are leaving before the price increase takes effect, you will be kept on the old prices until your account is closed

2. Fixed:

With this type of agreement, the length of the term of the agreement is agreed at the start and unit prices will be held at the level agreed at the start of the term. Each agreement may have termination fees associated and you are notified of these at the start. If you leave before the end of the term then the termination fees apply. We will advise you that the term is nearing its end up to 40 days before it ends. If you leave or change to another agreement after this notification the termination fees will not apply.
