We (and our partners) only ever use your data to deliver and improve our services and we will never sell it for marketing purposes.
That data could include information on your household and energy usage plus any other information that you agree to us holding that will make your bills more accurate as we get to know each other.
We will only use the Personal Data which you give us, or which we legally receive from another organisation or person, as allowed by the General Data Protection Act (GDPR), Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and any other privacy laws that apply.
